Every kit is made to order. Most kits ship within 3–5 business days by ground, and you'll get tracking by email when yours ships.
- Flat-rate shipping: $14.95
- Free shipping on orders of $399 or more
- For delivery before Christmas, order by December 10.
Before we cut
We check every order's measurements against satellite imagery of the install address. If something doesn't match, we email or call you before we start building. Need to change or cancel? Contact us right away; it's free until we start cutting.
No returns
Every kit is built for one house, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns on kits, timers or extension leads.
Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged or a bulb or run doesn't work, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
