Shipping policy

Every kit is made to order. Most kits ship within 3–5 business days by ground, and you'll get tracking by email when yours ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping is a flat $14.95 per order, and free on orders of $399 or more.

For delivery before Christmas, order by December 10.

Before we cut, we check every order's measurements. If something doesn't look right, we'll email you before we start building, which may add a day or two.
